The Senior Architect, Project Manager role possesses four key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of ressources
- Produce design and execute projet
- Ensure design documentation quality on all deliverables from Concept through Construction
- Coordinate client and consultants communication
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- + 10 years of professional experience in high-end, residential, commercial and interiors projects at all phases of design and construction
- Ability to visually communicate design through models, drawings, diagrams, and details with expertise and precision
- Deep working knowledge of ArchiCAD / Revit and BIM related software
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English, French would be a strong plus
- Punctual and organised
- Knowledge of the Polish Building Codes, experience in Switzerland would be a plus

- Coordinating with multiple disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers,
- Ensure appropriate data referencing of deliverables from Conception through Operations.

- + 5 years of professional experience in high-end, residential, commercial and interiors projects at all phases of design and construction
- Ability to visually communicate design through models, drawings, diagrams, and details with expertise and precision
